Tahitian Dance Classes

The Tahitian Dance Class is Taught in 12 Week Sessions

Beginning Tahitian Class For All Ages (6+)

Sunday – 3:45 to 4:30pm PT IN-PERSON & ONLINE

This class is open to children 6 years old and older and to all adults. Be prepared to get a good workout! This class will focus on building strong leg and core muscles to do basic Tahitian steps. We’ll practice routines that are appropriate for both children and adults.

Costuming and performing for this class is optional.

Hālau Uniform

All students of Hula Hālau ‘Ohana Holo‘oko‘a are required to purchase the Hālau Uniform and wear it to class every week. The Tahitian Hālau Uniform consists of a Hālau T-shirt, Pareo, l’i’s & Raffia Hip Hei for the Tahitian dance class and Hālau T-shirt for the Tahitian drumming class.
